It is designed to answer "What was that command again?"


helpme is a task oriented linux commands browser - it uses your
build in terminal browser (links or lynx) to view to commands
and common syntax. It is not a man page replacement - but a tool
designed for new linux users, and others who are looking for a command.

Often new users may end up in a situation staring at a blank terminal screen
and without a manual. This application is ment to help them as well.

I was originally going to write this with python, curses and xml - but - why not
use simple old html? The content is the real value.

Licensing: helpme is licensed under the same license as the linux kernel itself.
